So after a long search, we finally signed a lease on a 1,056 sq foot condo in the Moiliili area of Honolulu near UH Manoa. It is on Kahoaloha Lane on the 21st floor of the condominium building. The building has a pool, jacuzzi, sauna and workout room. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 parking spots. The best thing about it is that it is fully furnished! We lucked out so much. It has a couch, arm chair, entertainment center, 40" flat screen TV, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, queen bed set w/ mattress, side tables, and all of the kitchen accessories. The lease starts on July 1st and we plan on moving the 2nd week of July. That is a huge stress relief for sure! Having an address there makes it feel more real...It's actually happening!
